DAI Property Management develops and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial leasing and real estate properties located in Southeastern Massachusetts including residential, commercial, retail, industrial and office properties.

Evolving from a family owned real estate business, DAI has retained professional management talent in finance, construction, property management and leasing to provide a full range of real estate services to its clients. These in house skills in combination with strategic relationships with key vendors and consultants allow DAI to offer commercial leasing services from development/redevelopment through construction, leasing, and property management.

DAI’s professional project management team oversees all tenant fit up work from planning through construction and final inspection providing for a cost-effective and predictable project schedule for tenant work.
